1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of murodillo.com ("AfterMath", "we", "us") and every product purchased here. By creating an account or completing a purchase you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Products & delivery
We sell downloadable software: expert advisors for MetaTrader 4 / MetaTrader 5 and standalone desktop applications. Delivery is automatic — once your payment is confirmed on-chain, a secure single-use download link unlocks, and the purchase is saved to your account so you can re-download the current build at any time from your account.
3. License
Every purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to install and run the product for your own trading, on machines and terminals you control. Updates to the product you bought are included at no extra cost.
You may not:
- share, resell, redistribute, rent or publish the files or your download links;
- share account access so others can download your purchases;
- decompile, reverse-engineer or create derivative products for distribution, except where a mandatory law expressly permits it.
Violation of the license terminates it without refund.
4. Accounts
Purchases require an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe; anything done through your session counts as done by you. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse of the checkout, or license violations.
5. Payment in USDT
- Prices are in USDT; you pay on TRC20, ERC20 or BEP20 to the deposit address shown at checkout.
- Send the exact amount shown — the cents identify your order and match it automatically.
- Overpayment is accepted and unlocks the order normally. Underpayment leaves the order open; checkout shows the remaining balance to the same address.
- Sending funds on a wrong network or to a mistyped address can permanently lose them — always verify before sending. Blockchain transfers are irreversible.
6. Risk disclosure
Trading foreign exchange, CFDs and other leveraged or speculative markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose more than your initial deposit with some brokers and account types.
Our products are tools that automate a trading strategy — they do not and cannot guarantee profits. Past performance, backtests and demo results are not indicative of future results. Market conditions change, and any automated strategy can produce sustained losses.
You alone are responsible for choosing your broker, account settings, position sizing and risk limits, and for monitoring any system you run. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
7. No investment advice
Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing here is an offer or solicitation to trade any instrument. We sell software; we do not manage money, we cannot access your trading account, and we are not a licensed financial advisor in any jurisdiction.
8. Warranty disclaimer
Products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a product will be error-free or that it will achieve any particular trading result.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
10. Refunds
Refunds for digital goods are handled per our Refund policy — including a full remedy for non-delivery.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
