Refund Policy

In short: if you paid and didn't get your download, that's always on us — fixed or refunded, full stop. If an unused product genuinely doesn't work as described, we'll make it right. Refunds are paid back in USDT.

1. Non-delivery — always covered

If you sent the exact amount, the transaction is confirmed on-chain, and your download did not unlock, contact us. We will either release the order or refund you 100% — your choice. Non-delivery is never your problem to absorb.

2. Product doesn't work as described

These are digital goods, so refunds after delivery are case-by-case, honestly handled:

Contact us within 14 days of purchase from your account email, describing what fails (platform, build, broker, what you expected vs. what happened).
We troubleshoot first — most issues are setup-related and every purchase includes setup help.
If the product genuinely does not do what its listing says and we can't fix it, you get a refund.

3. What isn't refundable

Change of mind after the files have been downloaded.
Trading results. Profitability is never promised and never a refund basis — see the risk disclosure. A strategy having a losing period is not a defect.
Wrong-network or wrong-address transfers. Blockchain transfers are irreversible; we'll help investigate, but funds sent outside the shown address/network may be unrecoverable.
Underpaid open orders are not failures — checkout shows the remaining balance, or you can ask us to return what was received (minus the network fee) instead of completing.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@murodillo.com from your account email.
Include your order ID (in your account → purchases, or on the receipt) and the payment transaction hash.
Tell us the wallet address to return funds to — by default we refund to the address that sent the payment, on the same network.

Requests are reviewed within 48 hours; approved refunds are sent in USDT within 7 days. On-chain network fees for the return transfer may be deducted.

5. A note on crypto payments

USDT settlements are final on-chain — there is no chargeback mechanism like with cards. This policy is the remedy path, and it's honored. Where available, try the free demo build on a product page before buying.
