The short version: we collect the minimum needed to sell you software — an email, your orders, and basic security logs. No advertising, no analytics trackers, no data brokers, and we never see a card number because there are no card payments here at all.
1. What we collect
- Account — your email address and a salted hash of your password (we cannot read the password itself). If you sign in with Google, we receive your verified email and Google account ID — nothing else from your Google account.
- Orders — the product, order amount, chosen network, payment transaction ID, and time of purchase, bound to your account so you can re-download.
- Security — IP address and browser user-agent in a per-account activity log (sign-ins, downloads, profile changes) and in short-lived rate-limit counters that protect the checkout and login.
- Support — whatever you include in an email to us.
2. What we never collect
- No card or bank details — the site has no fiat payments.
- No analytics or advertising trackers, no third-party tracking cookies, no fingerprinting.
- We do not sell, rent or share your data with data brokers or advertisers. Ever.
3. Cookies & local storage
One essential session cookie keeps you signed in. Your browser's local storage remembers interface preferences — language, theme, and that you've seen the cookie notice. That is all; nothing here tracks you across other sites.
4. Payments & the blockchain
You pay in USDT from your own wallet. Blockchain transactions are public by design — the network, amount, sending and receiving addresses are visible on-chain to anyone. We use the deposit amount and transaction ID only to match your payment to your order; we do not build any profile from your wallet activity.
5. How we use data
- Deliver purchases and keep them re-downloadable from your account.
- Answer support requests and handle refunds.
- Protect the shop — login lockouts, checkout flood limits, blocking abusive accounts.
6. Sharing
We do not share personal data with third parties, except infrastructure that necessarily processes it to run the service (our server hosting; Google only if you choose Google sign-in), or if a valid legal demand requires it.
7. Retention & deletion
Account data is kept while your account is active. Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and fraud prevention. You can request deletion of your account at any time from your account's registered email — we will remove personal data not strictly required to keep for those purposes.
8. Security
- Passwords stored as salted hashes; login is rate-limited with temporary lockouts.
- Downloads are delivered through expiring single-use links, checked against ownership.
- Payment detection uses a read-only exchange API key — the shop software cannot move funds.
- The production site is served over HTTPS only.
9. Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted (subject to the retention rules above) by emailing support@murodillo.com from your account address.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the date above is updated. Material changes will be noted on the site.
